The Basic Heatmap ADS Theme Sploggle.com

BBB-social-150px-logoHi It’s Pete, I would like to explain sploggle.com for my BBB readers. Sploggle.com is just a jumble of “out take” blog posts removed for one reason or another. I may sometimes post here but for the time being I use sploggle.com as my host domain. My other domains are domain addon’s hosted free by my server JustHost.com under sploggle.com, they are where the action is. I’m in my 3rd year with JustHost and the service has been top class.

I’ll talk about servers on BBB when the time comes, I used a few webservers before I switched to JustHost and I’m still here.

Another excellent reason for leaving sploggle.com visible to the world is that it’s a great example of the out of the box HeatMap ADS Theme Pro V5. The only thing I’ve done to it is add my own banner which sums up sploggle.com :)

————————————————————————————————————————————————————————-

That’s enough for now friends, Pete – - – OUT

PS.

I would like to invite comments from heatmap users and welcome questions from anyone thinking of investing in the heatmap theme. And as always friends, enjoy your work and keep smilling :)

Ebay, Is It Really An Auction?

BBB feature ImageHa-ha I was getting ahead of myself and applied for an eBay affiliate approval, long before I have begun to promote my blog. In their application you have to create a text file with a certain code in it’s file name and load it to the root directory of your website for their spiders to pick up and report back to their masters.

I knew I would not be approved as I have only just started this blog and not actualy promoting it yet (I’m still waiting for some kind of action from the guys I bought my action scripts from, it’s been nine days now and I’m unable to create the graphics for my pdf’s until I get the issue sorted), and as I expected I got a fairly standard robotic type reply with a list of reasons outlining why they have rejected the application. lol, Who would have thought that an online Flea Market like eBay, big as it is, would be so choosy :(

I’ve been a buyer on eBay since 2003 with a current positive feedback of over 80. I find because it’s a “buyers market” there are lots of bargains to be had within their pages. I bought my copy of Photoshop CS3 on eBay for around £200 a massive saving on the new license price of the current issue of CS5 which is over £600 to buy new.

I’m not a big seller on eBay because as I have just said, it’s a buyer’s market. I tried it a couple of times and got my fingers burnt. I listed a series of Kodak photography books that I had bought in the eighties before digital took over from film. Still the books had a lot of relevant info within their pages about photography in general. 15 books in total listed separately, Insertion price at that time was around £1.30 each.

At the end of the week I had sold one and it fetched only £3.00 so at the end of the so called auction which it really isn’t, I had insertion fees payable to eBay of £19.50, they also take their sellers percentage. So in effect, I had paid eBay £16.50 for the pleasure of giving one of my books away. The knife in the back was turned when they charged the sellers fee on the £3.00.

I found that no-one bids seriously until the last few minutes of the auction so there isn’t time for the bids to be placed as in an offline auction and with the bid snipe software available someone can put in a bid of the top price they are willing to pay for the item to be sniped 30 seconds before the auction finishes. Thus leaving no time for counter bids to be placed. It’s really a buyers dream.

I was a little disappointed at being knocked back by eBay but that’s life. I had downloaded some niche blog templates that had affiliate links already placed for eBay, Amazon and AdSense, and all that was required was the insertion of my affiliate codes into the ready made links. Hence my over optimistic application. I probably won’t apply to them again, we will have to wait and see.

Another thing I find annoying about eBay is that they use their leverage to the max regardless of their users satisfaction. They charge to insert items, called insertion Fees and if the item sells they also charge a sellers fee which is very high. They cannot lose, because the buyers and sellers are shovelling cash into eBay’s account for them simply running a damned good website script, now that’s good marketing and max leverage! I suppose they can afford to be damned choosy lol.

That’s it for now friends, Pete out.

Memory But Not As We Know It

What the Hell and Who the Hell is our Memory?

Mug ShotThat’s a hellish weird question, why on earth would anyone ask a question like that about something we all take for granted? As clearly we all know that we could never really know what is probably not stored inside our heads and brains.

How many times do you try to remember something that isn’t inside your head, yet you have a feeling it’s there somewhere? Only to remember clearly, right out of the blue at a much later time?

This train of thought can lead us to some weird conclusions, and one is that our brain could be communicating with another hidden but important aspect of our humanity.

The human body has an aura and emits an electromagnetic energy, it is said that the heart emits 5000 times more electromagnetic energy than the brain, that the brain emits most of it’s energy as heat, the human body loses 90% of it’s heat through the head.

So we could have a working connection through the brain and the heart to something that could be outside of the physical body, something that we are only just beginning to comprehend.

The human heart may have communication through electromagnetic waves, maybe to the place where our memories are actually stored, and is sending the information to the brain, it could be said that our heart holds our memories and is part of the sentient link to the awareness that makes us what we actually are.

We could be sentient energy that is obviously resonating with many other types of energy, with the exception of course, that in which we are embedded. how could we be connected to something that is outside of our understanding and perception? Connections to that so called dark space will open up when we finally begin to understand what it is.

We can now begin to understand how a heart transplant patient suddenly has some of the preferences of the previous heart owner :)

The sentient awareness within us, is also without us, so what does that make the human body? It has manifest on Earth through human birth and been made to compete. Given only the senses required to survive on a merciless planet that is hurtling through space at unimaginable speed.

It seems Bill Hicks was right, human awareness has taken a very hazardous ride. DNA is a replicator, that’s what it does best, relentlessly onward taking its instructions from the unseen electromagnetic energy that is programming it.

That’s it for now, Pete … Out!

PS. and this is just a blog:) Please thumbs up and leave your comments let us all see what you think.

Coronal Mass Ejections and Info Water

Can anyone point me in the direction of someone who actually knows what water is?

Mug ShotWater, dihydrogen monoxide, H²O, 2 hydrogen atoms and 1 oxygen atom. Hydrogen, an explosive gas lighter than air, and oxygen, an element that causes things to burn, so why, when bonded in a molecule does it not explode when lit? Why does water expand as it freezes, unlike any other combination of atoms? I have searched for the answers to these questions and it seems that no-one knows for sure.

I subscribe to BeanoBlack’s YouTube channel not because I understand a word he says but because he is looking at things that are on the frontiers of our understanding. He talks about a giant “Meatball” that is lurking way out in interstellar space. He says that it is a brown dwarf star that makes our star, the sun, look like a grain of sand. I listen to him as he flicks through one NASA space telescope image of the sun to another telling us his thoughts on what is going on out there in outer space.

It was while I was listening to Beanoblack that I decided to take a closer look at the sun myself and read what astronomers and scientists think about stars and in particular our sun. It came as a great surprise to me that they have found the sun is emitting water vapour, masses of it. This water vapour is flying through space at great speed and would obviously be drawn to any planet it happens to approach. If those planets have a thick atmosphere as does our own planet, the water would form oceans beneath the solar warmed air.

It could be said that space is anything but space, more like a vast universal ocean of water vapour and all the galaxies and their contents are hurtling through it. If this is the case then space could be alive with all those things that can survive in the icy cold universal ocean. As Trevor James Constable said when he saw the NASA tether incident with all the ufo’s flying around it, “Space is alive with alien creatures and microbes of massive size”. In the tether incident we saw amoeba like creatures that fly through space and are at least 2 to 3 miles across. This is entirely possible because scale is entirely subjective and in the vastness of space these 3 mile amoeba’s are merely microbes.

Getting back to water and its strange properties, if indeed the sun is emitting water vapour then we can clearly see that water is a form of energy and as energy it can hold information in a form that we are not understanding at this time. My previous post about the human heart and brain touched on this information medium that is permeating the cosmos. The heart and brain are around 90% water, in fact the brain has been likened to a mere container of water.

It seems we are the product of stars after all.

Here’s an interesting Video posted on DiscloseTV

Disclose.tvEvidence of the Spirit
http://www.disclose.tv/action/viewvideo/104931/Evidence_of_the_Spirit/

That’s it for today, remember this is only a blog and the musings of an inquisitive mind. I am not interested in the conjecture of science and physics only the facts that they present. The so called big bang theory finished me off with accepting the opinions of those folks.

If what I understand is true, then scale is the forth dimension, not time. All the other ideas about higher dimensions are probably just other realities that exist alongside us in the vast universal ocean of information carrying energy (the Quantum Hologram).

Cheers friends, and as always, enjoy your magnificent day, Pete…out.

Making An Icon for Favicon

Hello fellow bloggers and marketeers, I was looking at the robin  favicon that I use for sploggle.com and was reminded of the time I made the file. It was around 2004 when I first got into Potoshop and saw its potential. When practicing I created a robin graphic around 500x500px shrank it down to 16x16px and saved it for web as a gif file.

To convert it to an icon I used Easy Icon Maker and saved the file as favicon.ico You can make an icon in Easy Icon Maker but I find its best to make em big then shrink em down.

I kinda like having robins all over the place, they go into the url applet, the faves and on to the browser tabs lol. Anyone just blogging for the fun of it is welcome to use it as their favicon with pleasure. A nice credit with back-link would be lovely but not essential.

That’s it from Bailey once again, as always, have fun.

About The Author

From Pipeline Construction Inspector to Blogger

I’m Pete Bailey the author of silvergene.com, welcome to my about me page where I can let you know more about the man behind the website.

SilverGene is primarily my way of trying to get those who are too busy working to know, or understand, the great changes inexorably happening around the entire world today and the opportunities presenting themselves within that change. Specifically, how paper money is being debased so fast now that in a year or so the dollar, yen or pound will expire and be worthless.

Both rich and poor alike will do well to heed the message I’m trying to get across, the rich have a lot to lose and the poor have a lot to gain. It is my aim to help as many people see the light no matter who or what they are.

For the last 30 years I have made my living as a Pipeline Construction Inspector, the last 12 years of that time in some fairly senior site based positions mainly in the deserts of the hotter places in the world.

A few years ago I found myself in Bohol province, Philippines, at a little place near Tagbilaran where I’ve decided to settle down with my fiance, Marilyn. A couple of years prior we had bought a small plot of land and over that two years we built a house from the ground up. When the house was completed, or I should say, when it had got to the point where I was running out of cash. (I had to put a nippa reed thatched roof on the entire building in lieu of returning to work and earning enough money to replace the thatch with a more permanent tiled roof).

Anyway I was in the Philippines with nothing to do after working 12 to 14 hours per day in the humid heat building the house. I was ready for a long break and so decided to stay a further 6 months as a reward to myself. I pigged out ;)
